Job summary

One&Only Cape Town is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms in accordance with our SOPs. You will provide friendly, safe, efficient service and anticipate guest needs.

You will perform general and deep cleaning, manage supplies, complete turn-downs by 21:00, and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. A professional appearance and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Excellent time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Exceed Guest expectations by maintaining high standards of room cleanliness in line with SOPs.
• Perform general and deep cleaning of guest rooms and associated areas.
• Adhere to cleaning, sanitization and setup SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all rooms are ready on time and defects are addressed promptly before guest arrival (14:00).
• Complete turn-down service before 21:00 according to schedule.
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and other departments to support guest satisfaction.
