Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an Experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee luxury lodge housekeeping and laundry operations in Limpopo's Vaalwater area. You will manage the team, inventory, budgets, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) – mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Housekeeping preferred.
• 3–5 years executive housekeeping experience in luxury lodge/hotel.
• Proficient in PMS (OPERA) and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain luxury cleanliness standards for guest rooms, suites, and public areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team.
• Develop staff schedules, rosters, and leave plans.
• Conduct room inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest-ready rooms.
• Manage linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.
