HotelJobs seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury five-star lodge in Sabi Sand, Mpumalanga. You will oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring pristine guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces, while leading and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury lodge or five-star hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Experience conducting room and public-area inspections.
• Ability to train, motivate and manage housekeeping personnel.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment and hygiene standards.
• Experience with linen management, stock control and inventory procedures.
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to prepare staff rosters and coordinate daily departmental duties.
• Good communication and guest interaction abilities.

• Lead from the front and support the housekeeping team.
