Job summary

@Home Willowbridge in the Western Cape is seeking a Furniture Consultant (40hr) to provide expert furnishing, decor, and lifestyle recommendations while engaging customers and driving sales. You will stay current with trends and product releases to offer tailored solutions.

You will build relationships, manage showroom standards, and contribute to store profitability in a dynamic retail environment, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Experience working in a target-driven and/or commission-based sales environment.
• Experience selling premium, high-value, lifestyle, luxury, or aspirational products will be advantageous.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building experience.
• Experience converting customer interactions into sales outcomes.
• Furniture, homeware, décor, telecommunications, automotive, financial services, luxury retail, or similar sales experience will be advantageous but is not essential.

• Take ownership of personal sales performance and contribute to overall store success.
• Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising standards, and stock levels are maintained to the highest standard.
• Contribute to the profitability and growth of the store.
