Job summary

Fempower Personnel is seeking a Depot Manager for LPG Operations to oversee depot activities, safety, maintenance, distribution, stock control and team performance in a hands-on leadership role within the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a depot leadership position in LPG/Oil & Gas, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of HSSE requirements and regulatory compliance. This permanent, on-site role offers market-related compensation and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Depot Manager or in a similar leadership role within LPG/Oil & Gas.
• Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification in Operations, Logistics or Business Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical knowledge of operational processes and HSSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all depot operations to achieve production and service delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Oversee maintenance planning, contractor management, and equipment reliability.
• Manage stock reconciliation, inventory control, and product movements.
• Coordinate distribution activities and ensure vehicle and fleet compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, employee performance, and security controls.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
