Job summary

Efficiency Staffing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled loom operator and shift supervisor to join our production team. You will monitor loom performance, oversee operator activity, and contribute to meeting daily output targets with a focus on quality and safety.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with Lohla Nova6 and 62 looming machines, strong fault-finding skills, and the ability to lead and train a small team in a fast-paced textile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience operating and supervising Lohla Nova6 and 62 looming machines.
• Strong technical skills in loom operation, setup, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
• Proven ability to meet production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Supervisory experience with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of operators.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise looms to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Monitor fabric quality and minimize defects, downtime and waste.
• Oversee shift activities, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Conduct routine maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
