Job summary

EnableSA is seeking a Logistics Systems Analyst in Port Elizabeth to support, maintain, and enhance Warehouse Management Systems across multiple operations. You will work with operational and IT teams to drive system improvements, lead implementations, and contribute to business efficiency through technology-driven solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of WMS experience and a strong understanding of order management and database systems, with Softeon experience being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science/Commerce in Computer Science or similar.
• 3+ years of experience with WMS/Logistics Systems.
• Super User experience in WMS is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of WMS, Order Management Applications and Database Systems.
• Softeon Experience is Advantageous.
• Comfortable travelling locally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements for WMS deployments, upgrades, and system configurations.
• Implement, maintain, and provide ongoing support for Warehouse Management Systems across operational facilities.
• Conduct WMS setups, account modifications, user training, new client onboarding, and system upgrades.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve WMS-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Recommend and manage operational system enhancements, process improvements, and technology innovations.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and documentation to support end users and ensure best practice adoption.
• Create and execute testing scenarios, identify system discrepancies, and implement corrective solutions.
• Work closely with warehouse teams on WMS configurations, stock reconciliations, and operational support.
• Support WMS integrations with external and internal systems to ensure seamless business operations.
• Manage and coordinate system-related projects, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support to users via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with operational and IT stakeholders to design and implement practical business solutions.
