Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee a shift in Soweto. You will supervise daily activities, ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy, and serve as the main point of contact for the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/lead role in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, receiving.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of warehouse associates daily.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Provide training and coaching on warehouse procedures.
