Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office (Excel).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics and distribution processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team; flexible with shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing and shipping.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures within the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Operate and manage WMS for tracking inventory and shipments.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics (productivity, accuracy, safety).
• Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of all warehouse machinery.
