Placements24 is seeking a motivated Logistics Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rustenburg-based logistics team. The role combines on-site operational oversight with strategic planning to ensure smooth movement of goods and accurate inventory control.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate shipments, and uphold safety procedures while driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation procedures.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software and relevant IT systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
