Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years in Demand & Supply Planning and Inventory Management.
• Experience with JDA forecasting and rebalancing modules.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Forecasting process, working with Commercial Sales to validate forecasts.
• Develop and maintain understanding of product dynamics at various levels (customer, Service Centre, region).
• Strive for 100% Demand Planning forecast accuracy in Blue Yonder by maintaining customer master data.
• Conduct network flow analyses to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment in Blue Yonder.
• Balance service centre activities to improve customer service and reduce cost to serve.
• Calculate national production plans by Service Centre and material based on forecast and capacity.
• Monitor Service Centre output vs targets and ensure stock availability for demand.
• Coordinate with Hire Equipment Planning to align supply capacity with demand.
• Define stock transfer / delivery plan requirements considering constraints.
