Placements24 is seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead the Kimberley logistics team. The role oversees daily operations, ensures accurate records, and enforces safety protocols while balancing on-site leadership with strategic, remote tasks from Kimberley.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in logistics with some supervisory experience, familiarity with warehouse management principles, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, with some supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles and practices.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site and remote tasks from Kimberley.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the logistics team.
• Oversee the efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control within the warehouse.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Train and mentor logistics staff, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
