Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Operations Analyst to drive data-informed decisions in a hybrid SA role. You will analyze complex logistics data, develop dashboards, and collaborate with operations to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes.

The ideal candidate has a solid grounding in supply chain principles, advanced Excel, SQL, and BI tools, plus experience with TMS/WMS. Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
• Minimum of 3 years in a logistics/supply chain analysis or operations research role
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), SQL, and BI software such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy
• Experience in a hybrid work environment balancing remote and in-office duties
• Familiarity with TMS and WMS is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics analysis, supply chain analysis, or operations research role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating the ability to balance remote and in-office responsibilities.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
