Tumaini Consulting is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead a team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will coordinate fleet operations, optimize routes, and ensure safety and cost efficiency across transportation activities.
The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field, a valid driver’s license, and 3–5 years of hands-on logistics experience. You will report to the operations team and drive freight efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Logistics, Road Transport Management, Supply Chain, or similar
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer literacy
- 3–5 years in fleet tracking, vehicle monitoring and transport/logistics coordination
- Experience overseeing truck loading, dispatching, fleet maintenance, driver assignments and route planning
- Experience monitoring driver performance, managing transportation costs, preparing fleet reports and ensuring safety compliance

One of our clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Logistics Manager to manage their team in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Logistics, Road Transport Management, Supply Chain, or similar
- Valid Driver’s License

- Minimum 3–5 years in fleet tracking, vehicle monitoring, and transport or logistics coordination
