Job summary

Qualifications

• South African citizen with a related logistics degree or diploma.
• Practical logistics coordination experience in manufacturing or automotive environments preferred.
• Excellent Excel skills with ability to manage trackers, schedules and reports.
• Strong planning, organisational and time-management abilities; great communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage movement of automotive components between Gauteng plants and the Durban client.
• Plan collections, deliveries and transport requirements aligned to production schedules and client demand.
• Ensure correct components reach destinations on time; liaise with production, warehouse, dispatch and client reps.
• Track deliveries, communicate updates and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
• Maintain records of collections, dispatches and delivery confirmations; support uninterrupted operations.
