Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Logistics Fleet Manager to join their team in Centurion , managing and optimizing their transportation fleet. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can balance on-site oversight with remote planning and analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of the company's vehicle operations, including maintenance scheduling, driver management, and route optimization. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the fleet operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and contributing to the overall success of the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.
• Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles are kept in safe and operational condition.
• Manage driver performance, schedules, and compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
