Job summary

e-Merge IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Manager for a permanent role based in Rosebank. You will drive operational efficiency, elevate service delivery and improve processes to ensure performance stays on track.

The ideal candidate has investment banking loan administration experience, strong reconciliation skills, and hands-on exposure to loan settlements, syndicated lending, and P&L control. Reference MAT61570.

Qualifications

• Appropriate business commerce / accounting qualification; 3-4 years in investment banking debt operations, loans administration, agency or syndicated loan servicing.
• Hands-on experience with P&L queries, reconciliations, interest calculations, settlement figures and breakage costs.
• Understands syndicated and structured loans, funding positions, repayments, drawdowns and facility restructures.

Job description

You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, elevating service delivery, improving processes and ensuring performance remains on track. This role is a perfect fit for someone with investment banking loan administration / agency experience, strong financial reconciliation skills, and hands-on exposure to loan settlements, syndicated lending, and P and L control.

Requirements:

• Appropriate business commerce / accounting qualification 3-4 years in investment banking debt operations, loans administration, agency or syndicated loan servicing.
• Hands-on experience with P and L queries, reconciliations, interest calculations, settlement figures and breakage costs.
• Understands syndicated and structured loans, funding positions, repayments, drawdowns and facility restructures.
• Hands-on experience with ACBS or any other comparable loan management system, alongside financial reconciliation tools.
