Qualifikationen

• Minimum experience as Sous Chef in luxury lodge/hotel/restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff.

Aufgaben

• Assist Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes for luxury lodge guests.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Assist with menu planning and specials.
• Supervise kitchen team during service and ensure timely service.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor stock and assist with ordering and receiving.
