Working closely with the Lodge Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead front-of-house and housekeeping teams, and contribute to staff training, ensuring seamless service in a remote safari environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalised service and attention to detail
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and housekeeping teams
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
• Handle guest queries, requests, and any issues in a professional manner
• Maintain high standards of lodge presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
