HotelJobs in Phalaborwa is seeking an Admin Manager for a luxury safari camp. You will oversee the main administration function, bring strong organisational skills, and support accounting tasks in a remote environment.

The role requires experience in administration management, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Live-in with a 6 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation and meals are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration management or senior administration role.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Basic accounting and financial administration experience.
• Experience with accounting software, preferably Xero.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the main administration function of the operation.
• Support and supervise an administrative assistant.
• Ensure compliance and Health & Safety administration within the camp.
• Coordinate administrative processes in a remote rural environment.
