You will handle a caseload from inception to resolution, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery. You will also represent clients in court and mediations, interview witnesses, and collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 3-5 years of experience specifically in litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and rules of evidence.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with discovery processes, including electronic discovery.
• Ability to manage a demanding caseload and meet strict deadlines.
