Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lighting design.
• Minimum 4 years of lighting design for theater, concerts, or events.
• Proficiency with Vectorworks, Lightwright, and control consoles such as ETC/GrandMA.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute lighting plans for theatrical plays, concerts, corporate events, and other live productions.
• Select appropriate lighting fixtures, control systems, and related equipment based on design requirements and budget.
• Create detailed lighting plots, cue sheets, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and other creative personnel to achieve the desired visual aesthetic.
• Supervise the installation, focusing, and programming of lighting equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot any lighting-related technical issues during rehearsals and performances.
