Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or product management within life insurance.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and interpretive skills for financial data and market research.
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new life insurance products from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Collaborate with actuarial, legal, compliance, marketing, and sales teams through product lifecycle.
• Ensure products comply with industry regulations and legislation.
• Develop product specs, pricing models, and policy documentation.
• Manage and monitor performance of existing product lines.
• Analyze product performance data and recommend improvements.
