• Provide medical support and risk assessment for underwriting to protect Discovery Life profitability.
• Evaluate medical aspects of claims to ensure validity and manage loss ratios.
• Offer medical guidance to Smart Services to improve customer service and policy activation.
• Develop medical standards, guidelines, and forms for evidence-based underwriting.
• Support product development and legal teams with medical expertise for analyses and risk assessments.
