University of the Western Cape Library Services is seeking a Library Assistant to support teaching, learning and research activities with emphasis on open science, collections and user services. This permanent, full-time post is based at Main Campus – Bellville, WC.
Responsibilities include circulation, reference services, basic cataloguing, and support for institutional repositories, with weekend work as required. A BLIS/B.Bibl degree and 1 year library experience are required.
