Summary

SUMMARY : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor – Lending to lead a lending team and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a credit professional with strong leadership skills to play a key role in the growth and management of a profitable loan portfolio.

Position Information
  • Oversee day-to-day lending operations, ensuring accurate loan origination, processing, and disbursement
  • Review complex funding applications, manage legal agreements, and maintain accurate loan records
  • Monitor loan performance, lead collections and recoveries, and minimise impairments
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and provide timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage and develop the lending team, fostering continuous learning and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to policy, process, and product improvements, while staying informed on market and regulatory changes
Skills & Experience
  • Relevant degree or diploma in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending / credit systems
  • Sound credit judgment and ability to balance risk-return effectively
