Karen Tupper Recruitment seeks a skilled Hospitality Sales professional in South Africa to drive sales, build industry relationships, and secure new business in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum of three years in hospitality sales, strong negotiation and networking abilities, and excellent English communication.

Successful candidates will travel across South Africa as needed and maintain professional presentation.

Qualifications

SA Citizen.
Minimum 3 years Hospitality sales experience.
Well-groomed and professional disposition.
Be well versed in English; additional languages a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a highly pressurized, fast-paced environment.
Strong Industry relationships.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
Proactive approach to securing business.
Proven track record of sales conversions in hospitality.
Established relationships within leisure travel, tour operator or travel agency market advantageous.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target driven and results-orientated.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask with planning and organizational skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Must have own reliable transport with a valid driver's license.
Able to travel across South Africa as required.
