Job summary

Hospitality Hire seeks a seasoned hospitality sales professional in Gauteng to drive revenue by leveraging an existing client base and securing new business across corporate, travel trade and MICE sectors.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate contracts and close sales, while collaborating with revenue and marketing to meet targets and provide market insights to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hospitality sales experience
• Existing database of corporate, travel trade and MICE clients
• Proven track record of sales conversions in the hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
• Excellent negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and results-orientated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask with excellent planning and organisational skills
• Strong industry relationships
• Proactive approach to securing new business
