Job summary

Hospitality Hire in South Africa is seeking an experienced hospitality sales professional to drive business growth in the Western Cape. You will leverage an existing client base, identify new opportunities, and expand leisure and travel trade accounts.

Use your negotiation, communication and planning skills to meet and exceed revenue targets while collaborating with Revenue and Marketing teams. This role demands a proactive, client-focused approach in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' hospitality sales experience.
• Strong existing client database and industry relationships.
• Proven track record of sales conversions within the hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sales and marketing techniques.
• Established relationships within leisure travel, tour operator or travel agency market advantageous.
• Proactive approach to identifying and securing new business.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-building skills.

• Manage enquiries, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and hotel site inspections.
• Work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide monthly sales reports and market insights to management.
