Job summary

Takealot Group in Cape Town is looking for a highly talented LLB Graduate to join our team. The Graduate Programme will be split between Takealot, TFS and Mr D, offering exposure across multiple brands within the Group.

You will provide legal support, draft and negotiate contracts, conduct research, and assist in compliance and risk management, supporting leadership decisions from a legal perspective. Reports and documentation will be prepared as required.

Qualifications

• LLB degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the organisation on various matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in dispute resolution, compliance, and risk management.
• Support the management team in decision-making from a legal perspective.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required.
