Job summary

Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation, is hosting a Finance Analytics Graduate programme in Cape Town. The Grow Programme rotates across takealot.com, TFS and Mr D, offering exposure to multiple businesses within the Group.

As a Finance Analytics Graduate, you will collect and analyse financial data, assist with budgeting and reporting, and work with cross-functional teams to drive insights and improvements in processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and provide clear insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and performance analysis.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as required.
