You will manage the IP portfolio, advise on IP strategy, and handle IP-related transactions and disputes, all within a virtual framework. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive IP protection strategies for the company's innovations and brands.
• Manage the registration, maintenance, and enforcement of patents, trademarks, and other IP rights globally.

• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant experience (7+ years) focused on intellectual property law.

• Ability to develop and execute IP strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, effective in a remote setting.
• Experience managing IP portfolios and navigating IP litigation or disputes.
