Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• 6-8 years post-qualification experience in commercial and property law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and leases.
• Solid understanding of South African property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with corporate governance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, leases, and service contracts.
• Advise on property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements.
• Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
