Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney (South Africa) with 4–6 years post-qualification experience focusing on commercial contracts.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience in the technology sector is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients.
