The role combines office collaboration with remote flexibility, focusing on regulatory compliance, EIAs, land use, and community relations within the South African mining sector.

You will advise on complex legal challenges, support permit applications, and navigate mining legislation, working both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney (High Court) with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in South African mining law and environmental legislation.
