Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the contract lifecycle process, from initiation to execution and renewal/termination.

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent qualification.
• Admission as an Advocate or Attorney with a valid practicing certificate.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial law, with a strong focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven experience working with a variety of commercial agreements in a corporate setting.
