Job summary

Comsol Networks is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal and commercial support, ensuring business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations.

You will advise management and internal stakeholders on legal risks, contracts, compliance, regulatory matters and data privacy, with a focus on POPIA, ICT and telecommunications, disputes, governance and employment matters.

Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5–10 years' post-qualification legal experience.
• In-house legal experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of South African commercial, corporate and contract law.
• Knowledge of POPIA and data protection.
• Telecommunications industry experience is advantageous.
• Admission as an Attorney of the High Court is advantageous.
