Job summary

OVK Handel bied ’n uitnemende geleentheid vir matrieke om ’n vakleerling(Learnership) te volg in ons landbou-handel familie in Vrystaat. Die program gee praktiese blootstelling in die Handel-besigheid en leer die kandidaat van ons Retail-span om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsin sight te kry.

Na suksesvolle voltooiing van die program sal die kandidaat ’n NQF 5-kwalifikasie ontvang wat nasionaal erken word; die loopbaanleerprogram sluit in kursusse wat handel en landbouw betref en is

Qualifications

• Graad 12 (met wiskunde, rekeningkunde, landbou of handelsvakke verkieslik) en belangstelling vir handel en landbou.
• Goede kommunikasie en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
• MS Office vaardigheid en numeriese vaardighede word verwag.

Responsibilities

• Leerprogram/lernership saam met die handelspan om praktyiese vaardighede te ontwikkel.
• Voltooiing van die NQF 5-kwalifikasie wat nasionaal erken is.
• Werk onder leiding en voltooi take wat kernhandel en landbou betref.

Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry in die Handel besigheid, asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons Handelspan te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen.

Na suksesvolle voltooiing van die program sal die kandidate `n NQF 5 kwalifikasie ontvang wat geregistreer is op die Nasionale Kwalifikasie Raamwerk en wat nasionaal erken word.

Minimum Vereestes

• Graad 12 (wiskunde, rekeningkunde, landbou en handelsvakke sal voordelig wees);
• Belangstelling in ‘n loopbaan in handel en landbou;
• Belangstelling in kliëntediens en bemarking;
• Baie belangrik: ‘n Afskrif van laaste skoolrapport moet jou aansoek vergesel!

Vaardighede

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig ( MS Office);
• Syfervaardig;
• Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.
