Job summary

Rosebank College, part of The IIE, seeks a lecturer in Procurement/International Trade to deliver high‑quality modules, track student progress, and support assessment development. You will coordinate with the Central Academic Team to monitor results and identify at‑risk modules, while updating the LMS and providing student support.

Classes run within standard academic hours; an emphasis on continuous professional development and alignment with the Brand’s Teaching‑Learning practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Procurement Management required.
• Minimum 2 years lecturing experience in procurement or international trade modules.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, trade compliance, or global procurement strategy.
• One NQF level higher than the qualification being taught.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students according to module requirements.
• Update learning management system and provide feedback to students.
• Assist Programme Coordinator in tracking academic results and analysing performance.
• Engage in academic meetings and contribute to development interventions yearly.
• Monitor at‑risk students and support module outcomes.
