Job summary

Rosebank College is seeking a Lecturer to deliver training and education to students, conduct consultations, and support the Academic department through research and development. The role involves classroom delivery (online or in person), student consultations, and contributing to a robust learning environment.

Minimum requirements include a Masters degree or BCom in Business Management and 1–3 years lecturing experience, with a solid understanding of SA higher education.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business Management or Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management.
• 1 to 3 years of industry-specific experience in area of specialization and 1 to 3 years lecturing experience.
• Solid understanding of the South African Further Education and Higher Education environment and regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of Teaching-Learning theory, assessment methods and processes, and interventions.
• Holistic lecturer and student support services.

Job Purpose
