Job summary

Sasol invites motivated young people to join a 12-month fixed term Learnership programme across Sandton, Sasolburg and Secunda. The programme combines theoretical study aligned to a NQF Learnership with practical on-site work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance, covering literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.

Applicants should have a completed National Senior Certificate (Matric) and be between 18 and 29.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Diploma or Degree in listed disciplines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process.
• Participate in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises.
• Demonstrate BC/TC/LC behaviours and performance improvements.
