Sasol invites applicants to join a 12-month fixed-term learnership programme offering theoretical study aligned to an NQF learnership and practical on-site experience in Sandton, Sasolburg and Secunda. Participants gain foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.

Minimum requirements include Matric, age 18–29, and an added advantage for relevant Diploma/Degree holders. Diversity and equal opportunity are valued at Sasol.

Formación

• Matric completion required.
• Ages 18–29.
• Diploma/degree in suitable disciplines is an advantage (Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Environmental, Psychology, HR, Marketing, Economics).
• Willingness to participate in learnership and complete assessments.
