Job summary

Sasol Limited invites applications for a 12-month fixed term Learnership in Sandton, Sasolburg and Secunda. The programme targets entry-level learners aged 18 to 29, with a preference for candidates holding a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Environmental, Psychology, HR, Marketing or Economics.

The learnership combines theoretical NQF elements with hands-on workplace experience to develop literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in listed disciplines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Learnership programme and successfully complete assessment process.
• Participate in all required work-place readiness activities and exercises

Programme

The 12 month programme will offer a theoretical element aligned to a NQF Learnership programme and practical on-site work experience to improve the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners. It provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.

Between 18 and 29 years of age

A Diploma or Degree in the below disciplines will be an added advantage:
