Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in media production, with virtual/hybrid production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.
• Proven expertise in virtual production workflows (Unreal Engine, LED stages).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee virtual production shoots using LED volume stages and real‑time rendering software.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design virtual environments, lighting, and camera movements.
• Manage remote production workflows, including coordination with on‑site and off‑site teams.
• Optimize virtual production pipelines for efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and creative quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff on virtual production techniques and tools.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during virtual and hybrid production setups.
