About the Role

Our client, an innovative digital product company, is seeking a visionary Lead UX/UI Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual design of our cutting-edge digital platforms and applications. You will lead the design process from concept to completion, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and develop high-fidelity visual designs. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience leading design projects. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with product managers and developers, and champion design best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, from user research and ideation to final UI implementation.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
• Experience with leading design projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with agile development processes is a plus.
