Placements24 is seeking a Lead Transportation Engineer for its Benoni, Gauteng operations. This senior role leads planning, design and implementation of roadways, intersections, and transport systems, while managing teams and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a Pr. Eng. with 9+ years in transportation engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Synchro and VISSIM. Gauteng project experience is a plus.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA.
• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience in transportation engineering, with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Synchro, VISSIM or similar software.
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering, road geometry, and highway design.
• Experience managing complex transportation projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Experience in Gauteng projects is advantageous.
