Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a skilled Test Automation Manager to own software quality and lead a dedicated QA function. You will combine automation expertise with proven leadership to deliver reliable products supporting business growth.

Responsibilities include building and guiding a QA team, establishing automation frameworks, and aligning testing with project objectives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QA, 4+ years in people management, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

BSc Information Science Degree required.
ISTQB Certification preferred.
At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
At least 4 years of people management experience.
4-6 years of hands-on test automation experience.
Exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems is advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop a team of QA specialists.
Establish and enhance automation testing frameworks and processes.
Ensure testing aligns with quality standards and project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software on schedule.
Identify product risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement within QA function.
Support agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
