Job summary

Together Staffing group is seeking a skilled Test Automation Manager to own software quality and lead a dedicated QA function. You will combine automation expertise with proven leadership to deliver reliable products supporting business growth.

Responsibilities include building and guiding a QA team, establishing automation frameworks, and aligning testing with project objectives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in QA, 4+ years in people management, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• BSc Information Science Degree required.
• ISTQB Certification preferred.
• At least 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• At least 4 years of people management experience.
• 4-6 years of hands-on test automation experience.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, or Finance systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities.
