The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in a lead/architect role, strong C++, Java, Python, or Go skills, and deep telecom protocol knowledge (SIP, RTP, SS7, LTE, 5G).

Qualifications

• Proven telecom software development experience.
• Strong programming skills: C++, Java, Python, or Go.

• Experience with microservices, containers, and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
