The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree (or PhD) in structural engineering, Pr.Eng with ECSA, and at least 10 years of experience driving complex projects using SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE,

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• Experience leading design teams and managing remote projects.
• Proficient with structural analysis software and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of major infrastructure projects across SA.
• Develop innovative structural solutions for steel, concrete and composite systems.
• Prepare drawings, specs and technical reports.
• Oversee junior engineers and draughtspersons remotely.
• Collaborate with architects, managers, clients and contractors virtually.
• Review deliverables for quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources in a remote setting.
• Stay updated with software advances and design methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams nationwide.
